MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRINCIPAL TERMS​
This agreement commences once you accept the Terms and Conditions during the sign-up process. It becomes binding when your membership is confirmed via e-agreement, giving you access to all privileges under the selected membership type. Memberships are non-transferable.

JOINING FEE & PAYMENTS
A £20 joining fee is applied to cover account creation, access setup (fob/key), and your member induction.

First payment is taken immediately on sign-up.

Payments are billed on the 1st of each month. Mid-month sign-ups are pro-rated.

All memberships renew monthly unless cancelled.

If payment fails or is returned, an admin fee of £20 will be charged.

If you fail to respond to a failed payment notice, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES
All memberships are rolling monthly or upfront fixed-term (6 or 12 months). You may choose to pre-pay for 6 or 12 months with a 5–10% discount.
We no longer offer fixed-term contracts via Direct Debit.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year.

Medical reasons (injury, illness, pregnancy): Free, with evidence.

Other reasons (holidays, work): £15/month.

Membership resumes automatically after freeze ends.

You cannot cancel a membership while it is on freeze; a full calendar month’s notice is still required.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
To cancel, email admin@elevate-coaching.co.uk with one calendar month’s notice. Cancelling via other inboxes is not valid.
Direct Debit users must cancel with their bank, allowing 4 working days.
Card payers can cancel recurring payments in the app.
ACCESS, SAFETY & LIABILITY

Gym access is 5am–10:30pm, 7 days/week.

Some hours are unstaffed. You must carry a mobile phone with you in case of emergency.

There is an emergency call button between the studio and gym floor.

You agree to use equipment at your own risk. CCTV is recording but not monitored live.

You must complete an induction before attending during unstaffed hours.

FOB/ACCESS DEVICE POLICY

Only the account holder may use the fob.
-
Misuse (sharing your fob or letting others in) may result in membership cancellation and/or penalty charges.

Lost fobs incur a £10 replacement fee.

GUEST POLICY
-
Members may bring one guest per calendar month.
-
Guests must:
-
Be registered in the Glofox system.
-
Sign the waiver before attending.
-
Be accompanied by a current member who has completed an induction.

Guests may attend:
-
An Open Gym session OR
-
A Club or Premium class, depending on the member’s access.

Members are responsible for their guest’s conduct and any damages or breaches.

CLASS BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
-
Bookings open 14 days in advance.
-
No-shows: 3 strikes in a 28-day period will result in an 8-day booking ban.
-
You must cancel 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a strike.
-
PAYG bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
We reserve the right to change the timetable or instructors at our discretion.

CLASS PACKS & ACCESS
-
Class credits are no longer used.
-
You may attend classes via:

PAYG booking (£8 members / £10 non-members)
-
Membership access (Club classes included; Premium access varies by tier)

Unlimited Class Pass (no gym access)

PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING

PT sessions must be booked and approved in the app.
-
Cancellations under 24 hours result in lost session.
-
Sessions must be used within the expiry period of the pack.
-
Bespoke gym programming is only available with a booked PT package.

NUTRITION SUPPORT
-
Mind Body Macros (group coaching) is available as a £15/month add-on or included in the VIP membership.
-
This includes weekly check-ins, macro adjustments, and app support.
-
MBM in Motion classes are available to all members, regardless of the add-on.
​
GYM RULES
-
Arrive on time for all classes. Late arrival may result in denied entry.
-
Wipe down all equipment after use with provided spray/wipes.
-
Wear appropriate gym attire (no jeans, boots, sandals, etc).
-
No training under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-
No smoking or vaping on premises.
-
Respect staff, members, and the space. Aggressive behaviour results in immediate termination.

Store belongings in cubbies during sessions.
-
Lost property is held for one week.
-
Pets are not allowed (except assistance dogs).
-
Bikes and e-scooters must remain outside. Access to the courtyard is available on request.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By using Elevate’s facilities, you acknowledge and accept all risks of exercise. Elevate Women’s Health and Fitness, its staff, and contractors will not be held liable for injuries, illness, or loss, except in the case of gross negligence.

GENERAL TERMS

Members must be 16+ years old.

We may update terms or pricing with at least 1 month’s notice.
-
Your data and access will be securely stored and used in line with GDPR.
