This 4 week challenge is designed to help you dip a toe in and start gaining confidence in the gym or home workouts. I want to make fitness a sustainable part of your lifestyle! Knowing what to do when you walk in the door is one of the biggest barriers to sticking with fitness. My aim is for you girls to work towards your goals with confidence and knowledge.

The program will focus primarily on strength training. This is because strength training is an an absolute must for ALL women regardless of your goals. Strength training builds muscle - this is a good thing! More muscle = better quality of life, better metabolism, increased insulin sensitivity, more of a 'toned' appearance, better body composition, stronger bones (this means less injuries as you age - we're thinking longevity baby), everyday tasks become easier, promotes self-esteem, overall confidence, improves heart health, mental health AND can help you sleep better. I mean... pretty good right? Don't worry you'll also have a chance to get your endorphins and blood flowing with cardio recommendations throughout.

We'll also be covering the nutrition side of things. We can't have you training hard and not fuelling yourself properly! You'll each be given an individualised macro count to help you reach your goals (fat loss or other) and feel your best throughout.
**Please note that during this challenge some may discuss weight loss and calories / tracking and may not be suitable for those who have suffered from eating disorders / disordered eating currently or in the past**

The challenge is designed around having 3-4 hours per week available to dedicate towards your fitness. That's 2% of the total hours of your week - a good way to look at it! That said you will need to prioritise that 2% to make it happen. ;) I will lay out the plan for you and make it as enjoyable as possible but you've got to do the work. ;)

HOW IT WORKS:

Choose Start Date: Nov 20th
- Download Wix Fit Booking App - Use invite code LB0CMM and book yourself in for you first Open Gym Sessions or Classes
- Wait to Receive invite to join the Elevate training app within 48 hours of sign up. Fill in consult form and review your Workout Calendar, Weekly Habit, Meal Tracking, Personal Macro Goal and Challenge Group
- Sit tight!
***In Studio Group Induction ***
(only applicable for studio challengers)
During the induction we will go over what everyone hopes to achieve with this challenge, any studio specific equipment needed for your sessions, studio etiquette, how to book open gym and how to use your training app. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions so have a think about this before you come.

*** Online Group Induction ***
Group induction delivered via the App, a time where I can put faces to names and you can meet your fellow challengers. During the induction we will chat about what you all hope to get out of this challenge, and how to use the training app. You will also get the opportunity to ask any questions.

It's important that you have already downloaded both the Wix Fit App and joined Elevate using invite code LB0CMM and the Elevate training App using your individual invite link before you get to the induction. The aim is that you all feel ready to hit the ground running on November 20th so please make sure you make arrangements to attend the induction.
Throughout your on-boarding week you will be asked to start your first habit, receive a nutrition guide and additional resources to help set you up mentally for the challenge.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A smart phone that can support Trainerize and the Wix Fit Apps
(this is an absolute must, I can't deliver the program without these)
- Comfy gym clothes
- A water bottle
- 3-4 Hours each week to dedicate to your fitness

IMPORTANT:
We do NOT do quick fixes here at Elevate. While you can expect to feel different in 4 weeks - it's important to manage expectations. 4 Weeks not a reasonable timeframe to be making big body composition changes so remove that idea from your mind.
Change takes time and it takes consistency. Think of these 4 weeks as a starting point for something long term.
We do not restrict calories excessively low or prescribe wild amounts of exercise because it's not sustainable and usually backfires causing you to end up back where you started. We want you to enjoy the process and get long term results. There are few things enjoyable when you're really freaking hungry and constantly sore!
